Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It's the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are doing everything we can to speed up processing and shipping time, so there's always a small amount of time to fix shipping address. If you believe you have provided incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@shopisera.comand provide us with the correct shipping address but keep in mind that we will be able to fix and update it only if the package is not dispatched and shipped out yet.

Lost and Stolen Package
Shopisera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking info stats that your package is delivered to your shipping address and you did not receive, please report it to your shipping carrier via the information provided to you on Shopisera Tracking Page.
