Wrong Item Received: 

If you receive a faulty item, first of all we are sorry that this happened to you , just send us a picture of it within 48 hrs to support@shopisera.com along with your order number.
All we  need is a picture of the faulty item and we will be happily send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

Replacement and Return Policies:

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival or parcels that is lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Shopisera will not be held liable to any lost or misreport parcels.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Cancellation Policies: 

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Delivery Time:

Once ordered which is usually takes 1-3 business days for packaging, quality assurance process and picking the shipment by shipping company, your order will arrive within 7 to 14 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help. 
Please note that orders will take 1-3 business days on average to be fulfilled before dispatching it. In peak periods please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Not Delivered on Time: 

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese warehouse depending on the order demand.

Our order usually takes 7 to 14 business days to your door once it's shipped for United States, UK , Canada , Australia , other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place.

In some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.   

We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our warehouse. So once it leaves our warehouse, it will reach you :)

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
