Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check it to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.
You can return or exchange or replace any item purchased through Shopisera within thirty (30) days of delivery.
(Note: in order to return your items , do not send them back to it's origin, just email email@example.com and submit a return request including your order number with the reasons why you want to return your items.
If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed within 1-3 business days.)
We only accept returns if items are in their original condition and not be broken or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be sent back as shipped. Depending on the condition that the item is received (i.e. damage to package, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift , it can not be refunded.
- Skin & Personal Care products and tools can not be refunded.
- ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL (Quantities over 10 are considered wholesale orders) and can not be refunded
