1. Cancellation & Order Changes

  • You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we may still issue a partial refund once shipping or fulfillment has started.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email a clear photo plus your order number within 48 hours of delivery to support@shopisera.com.

  • We will gladly replace the item free of charge once confirmed.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items simply because you’ve changed your mind.

  • Items deemed faulty or damaged qualify for replacement under our policy.

  • Orders lost in transit may also be eligible—please contact us promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after checkout.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • USA, Canada, Australia, UK: 7–14 business days

    • Other countries: Up to 28 business days (subject to customs clearance delays)
